His two best films for me are The Rundown & Fast Five, the second one he wasn't the main star, until 2017 now they are discussing a spin off film with his and Stathams character, god no! I know Vin Diesel is no Daniel Day Lewis but at least he tries to act
for me the only movies he appeared in that i like are the Fast and Furious movies with Fast Five being the height for sure. it's also Ludacris favorite of the series to as i heard him say it himself on TV not long ago.
i see how Baywatch turns out eventually but given my impression of it from the trailers etc we got so far i won't be surprised if i don't like it as it seems to be a safe bet it won't score higher than a 6/10(a mild Thumbs Up) for me and could easily be lower. i just hope it's at least passable for a viewing (i.e. say 5/10).
as for that spin-off... i have not heard about it until just now from you but it's probably not surprising as they are just trying to find ways to rake in loads of $$$ and being the F&F series rakes in loads of $$$ they probably figure even a smaller success will be enough to where it's worth doing on their end.
p.s. for the record... Daniel Day-Lewis gets too much credit like Meryl Streep does. both are definitely overrated, especially Streep.

2.Fast Five (2011)
3.Fast & Furious (2009) - 6-6.5/10
4.Furious Seven (2015)
-.Fast & Furious 6 (2013)
6.2 Fast 2 Furious (2003) - 6/10
7.The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006) - 5.5-6/10
so only two stand out and are amongst My Favorite Movies in general but the 3rd-5th spots are just outside of my favorite movies which would make them within my Top 247 movies. my Top 198 is my favorites. so basically those 6-6.5/10 rated movies above are somewhere between 199-247 for me.
