On reflection, West End Girls is a very London song, and the Guardian a very London newspaper, so it kinda makes sense. I spent the entire duration of today's run cogitating on my favourites, so expect a list at some point. I Feel Love will be no.1 for sure. 12" 15 minute version it would have to be. Italian disco meets Krautrock, utterly irresistible. If you mean the original Bobby O production, I can go along with that. Even if it isn't a patch on his work with Divine at the same time. But we may not be talking of the same version, IIRC the 12" original was only around 8 minutes long. |
