It was the third single I ever bought, in 1974. Which makes me feel rather ancient! I bought Judy Teen in '74 which I think was my first "real" single. I liked that, but not half as much as Make Me Smile (Come Up And See Me), which I bought, or Mr Soft, which I had on a K-Tel compilation. My first two purchases were Blockbuster and Seasons In The Sun, both of which I still love, though I can't deny that the latter is cheesy as hell. |
