Hiring or Firing people based on their Social Media accounts?
What if you don't have any?
So, you have to get one, and say all kinds of FAKE nice things on it... so that you will get the Job?
There is something very wrong with our mentality, when "TWITTER" become the core 'thing' that drives our society.
And...
What's next?
Will they be reviewing our Amazon purchases?
"Oh My God, You bought (Example: "Gone With The Wind" (1939) ) on Blu-Ray five years ago?"
"FIRED!"
Everyone is guilty of doing something "questionable" at some point in our past....
As kids and teens we make many stupid mistakes.
Most of us now, are not the same people we were back then.
It's what we are doing NOW, that should only matter.
These witch hunts need to end.
