So... Freedom Of Speech, including BOTH Good & BAD statements, isn't allowed in our society anymore? We are only "allowed" to say Good things, now? You never signed a contract that you cannot say specific things in public while working for your employer? And free speech means no government entity can deny you free speech. There are a lot of rights we might have to give up while working. Example: everyone who has worked for Trump willfully signs NDAs. Are these folks’ free speech rights being violated? |
