Let's first understand is there a way that Muslims are able to exploit migration system in some way that they can immigrate without necessary skills?
From my experience of living in UK from September 2012 to January 2014, I believe some Muslims are able to stay in UK permanently on basis of marrying their cousins. This could happen with other communities too but cousin marriage is a lot more common among Muslims than most other communities/religious groups. At least 2 Muslims I had known were able to live in UK permanently because they married their cousins who were already UK citizens. But I have no idea how exactly this problem can be solved.
I believe the rate of skilled migration in UK from outside Europe has already fallen drastically since people from other parts of Europe were allowed to enter UK without any visa requirements a few years back. I had successfully cleared an interview for a job in central London business district but the company had stopped sponsoring visa by then (2013) for non-Europeans. So unlike 10 years back when students from outside Europe were able to get UK PR easily they are not able to do so now. I believe this means most of the Muslims who are going to UK now are refugees? That makes it a moral issue. If a country can afford to take refugees then shouldn't that country take them?
Now the question is who were the Muslims who were involved in 7 or 8 grooming rings (like in Rotherham, Bristol, Oxford etc. etc.) that have been known to sexually exploit minor white or non-Muslims girls on large scale? Were they immigrants who came to UK in their lifetime or were they Muslims who were born in UK only? I don't have any data about it. So if someone can answer then we can get close to understand the issue more closely. I sure hope the people found in grooming scandal were not those who were born in UK. For then the problem will be much difficult to solve.
I will have more to say on the topic later.
Several of the perpetrators in the Rochdale case were Pakistani nationals who had dual citizenship but were not born in the UK, of them two were from the same village in Pakistan, one of them was an Afghani Asylum Seeker.
But the ring leader Shabir Ahmed was born in Pakistan. He exemplifies everything that's wrong with the attitudes of certain Muslims.
Having been granted British citizenship he repaid that kindness by participating and organizing the rape and abuse of dozens of young British born girls.
When caught he labelled the police and prosecutors racist. When taken to court he had to be removed from the court for repeatedly labelling the judge a "racist bastard".
He was sentenced to 23 years which in my opinion is not remotely good enough,he should have been excuted and pieces of him sent back to his village in Pakistan.
He has now appealed to the ECHR(European Court of Human Rights)
to try and avoid deportation back to Pakistan he claims the trial was a way to "scapegoat Muslims".
And here's what he had to say about Theresa May the then home secretary and now prime Minster:
"She says all her trouble comes from Muslims yet she's the biggest trouble causer in the world"
That type of rhetoric I've heard not just from this guy but other Muslims over the years.
Britain has done X so I am justified in doing Y.
A false equivalency brought about by ones view of their race religion.
