Jumping around like crazies on the top of cars and in the streets, like a bunch of hyperactive kids, finally getting ready for the summer vacation from school.
But I am not sure if Fraker shares that kind of "love" for his gang, and whenever needed of a bit of refill (or cannon fodder for Paul Kersey) he just dials some phone number, and a few seconds later the streets are once again filled with vermin and creeps!
My favorite "random" creep of Fraker's goons, has to be the guy waving around with a toilet plunger, and it is just such a hilarious and goofy scene, and I cannot think of many more ridiculous faces or scenes in that film, beside to that of the Toilet Plunger creep, especially when he tries to act all "menacing" with this thing, shaking it in his hands like som kind of a "super weapon".
