It wasn't as successful as they expected, and since Bug's Life made more the same year, they knew they wouldn't have had hope for the next one to earn their money back. Ironically, I like this movie more. I guess that kinda begs the question "Why no Bugs Life 2?" Yeah weird... Unless Pixar pulls off the whole “sequel being made years after the original” thing again. |
