Leonard fell backwards into his own team bench, his left foot twisting under him, before Zaza's foot landed on Leonard's. He grabbed his left foot and clearly winced in pain. David Lee, the Spurs player sitting behind Leonard, stood up, and his legs/feet were tangled with Leonard's, who was still on the court twisting to get up, before Zaza's foot landed on Leonard's. His ankle was already re-aggravated. He unlaced his sneaker and took a very noticable moment to consider whether or not to continue playing. He continued playing, limping and even more stony-faced than he normally is, and a few plays later, Zaza's foot came down on Leonard's after a jump shot, and that is how games go. The series is not over because Leonard cannot play a game or two. If you believe it is, that says more about the depth quality of the Spurs than it does about whether or not X is dirty player. And speaking of dirty players, why did David Lee step on Leonard's left foot then stand up and step forward, tangling their legs and feet together some more? Why not pull his legs back so Leonard could get up without getting his legs and feet additionally trampled?
