Does any place give you custom recommedations ? Will pay

I always wanted a website that would give me custom movie and tv show recommendations that suit me, if possible that I would definitely like, is this possible? I am willing to pay for it.

If not oh well.

At least I tried.

Is it just better to do it yourself ?
