I can only see the one "TEXAS" uniform. Not the Longhorns. I'm betting is a camp for HS seniors or incoming College freshmen. The uniform with the unrelated cap looks like something for the American Legion playoffs or Little League WS. It coulede be incoming San diego State freshmen but I think they would have matching jerseys
