Boring. I was amazed how little action it had for a movie that supposedly was about action. Michael Caine has a funny scene where he tells DiCaprio why he came to see him. "You are here to ask for one of my students.." In old movies the characters would just talk and you would find out what they want through normal dialogue "Hey Mike, how've you been?"
"Can't complain--how about yourself?"
"Good good. So, any students around here as clever as I was?"
But in Nolan movies--characters tell each other what they should be thinking or why they are doing things.
