I firmly believe that our dreams reflect our authentic selves. There can be no other way. My best dreams are my "flying" dreams. Oh, to glean the Pacific Ocean at 45 MPH is exhilarating!!! I can't imagine anything in real life coming close. One of the best dreams I ever had (this was maybe 20 years ago) had me running through a wheat field, jumping off a cliff and landing on top of a killer whale, going 50 MPH. It was just like being there. My goodness, I've never experienced anything similar. I think that they point out our anxieties but I don't think of them as much more after that. I don't think that they are omens. Random celebs show up in my dreams as well as people from my past. Whether I contact those people or not after the dream doesn't seem to make a great impact on my life. A week ago I got a truck ride home from Freddie Mercury. It was random but I doubt it meant anything other then some continuing fear I may forget where I parked my car or that it may one day get stolen.
