He looks a completely different bowler when he gives it a bit of air. If he starts bowling in that Leach/Ali style of quickish, into the pitch - England might as well pick Adil Rashid. Surely someone inthe ECB has Graeme Swann’s number ? Bess looks similar to Swanny and can bowl in a similar, successful vein..... That's not a bad shout at all. Not sure who the spin coach is these days, it was Mushtaq, don't know if he's still in the employment. Peter Moores got rid of him in 2014. He's the spin bowling coach for Pakistan in their upcoming tour of England. |
