The 2016-17 Warriors played garbage teams in the playoffs that year. The best team they played was San Antonio, who didn't have Kawhi (and Duncan was retired). They played a one man team in the Finals.
These metrics are a joke. Where's the metric that compares how good the league was in any given year compared to 2016-17? Should've used that one. If they actually had to play each other, I can think of several Celtics, Lakers and Bulls teams that would've wiped the floor with that Warriors squad.
