As beautiful as she was, whenever I see this, or any shot of Valérie Quennessen from the movie Summer Lovers (1982), or my personal favorite of hers, French Postcards (1979), I'm reminded of how incredibly young she was (31), and, just coincidentally, how it has now been the same length of 31 years, since the day she died back in 1989 .....
