I'm not sure if it's conclusive or not that smoking inhibits the virus. But I do know if it is true there are forces in the healthcare industry which will do everything in their power to suppress any information. I just found the studies in favor of nicotine to be so deliciously ironic.

I have no issue with any of what you say here. I have come across those people who do that annoyingly passive aggressive fake cough when they walk by a smoker.

Yeah, that was my point. The same people who pretend that a second-hand waft of a burning plant leaf in the wind will kill them, think nothing of ingesting toxic exhaust fumes from automobiles.
