IMHO after Season 25 it’s been too much about twists, hidden Immunity Idols, lack of interesting cast members, less about surviving, less about human connection, people scramble and gameplay too much. I understand there are people who hate the old seasons and like the new ones only because of the twists and gameplay and strategy. As well as blindsides and drama at tribal counsel.
I prefer the old school. 16 players, 8 on each tribe. Maybe one tribal swap. And maybe 1 idol for each tribe pre merge and 1 after the merge. I hate when it seems like unlimited Hidden Immunity Idols.
Yea the increase in hidden idols and special advantages has gotten a little out of hand. Even the recent in game currency model was a little meh, although not in an op way, but rather a why is this even here kind of way.
My top 10 probably closely resembles yours. Not sure if I have Palau on mine. But that’s the only one that jumps out to me.
