Xena, yay or nay?

I think Rob wanted to make his Xena movie and used the finale as the last chance to make it at the expense of the established plot. I remember listening to some of the commentary and he describes it as a movie.
I loved the soundtrack of it. It was epic and mystical
but that's about it.
