YES! I had that happen to me yesterday, after forty minutes of "being on hold". (**cough**) Being "on hold" my butt. They have it all planned out, after you press several series of buttons to (allegedly) get to the right department and (allegedly) identify yourself, only to be asked, when they finally do pick up, "what is your name, and can you please identify your account?" Well what the hell was the point of me entering all that damn info on the buttons on the phone for?Then the infamous infernal and eternal waiting and, as you stated,...... *click* Sometimes they'll call you back. It's rare, but it happens. Then it's a.....bad connection?
