In Arlon's world, it would seem, this makes for a handy excuse as to not challenging the authority of that conveniently nebulous sky-fairy.

'Intelligent designer', my foot. Come off it and simply admit you have no definition to put to this god/designer of yours. It's an amorphous blob that can be stretched, pulled, shaped and molded--rather like Silly Putty--to conform to whatever ideological shape it's convenient for you to have it assume, the better to support your current argument (more like act of logicide) du jour.
