Klobuchar was ruled out on George Floyd day. Likeable may not be important here, especially when she takes on Pence in debate.

I don't know if you watched Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation hearing. (I did because I loved watching him squirm and get red-faced when asked about the alcohol driven sexual improprieties of his past). Klobuchar showed her grit during that hearing. She is an excellent debater and can show her claws when necessary.

You are right though. After the murder of George Floyd she withdrew her name from consideration.
