OT: Thoughts on Kamala?

I think it's Biden's first mistake.  Both sides have politicized the virus since March, but Biden making mandatory masks into part of his platform could backfire on him.  Even at the state level, there should be a different set of rules depending on case count in your area, let alone nationally.

I disagree with the need for an explanation.  It seems pretty straightforward, he believes everyone should wear a mask in public.  In fact, by not explaining the specifics-- including penalties for noncompliance, it makes him look less like the tyrant you're concerned about.  I mean it's not like he threatened US citizens with 'vicious dogs' or 'ominous weapons.'
