If you want any specifics about the god of the Bible, the source for that information is widely if not clearly understood to be the "Holy Spirit." However, although that spirit probably does have the ability to make people omniscient or exercise awesome powers, generally people just get such information as they need to make the next step in their journey or the next step in the journey of some group close to them. For most people most of the time when they try to change hair color they just make matters worse.
