SMH. They have a different set of rules for celebrities vs the Average Joes and Janes. Well just look at Vince Neil and Matthew Broderick. Both get in car accidents that kill people while they're behind the wheel. Vince gets just 30 days in jail and Matthew only gets a $150 fine.
