Does anyone else here edit their movies?

I digitize movies I own...either from DVDs/amazon prime/VHS movies and put them on a hard drive hooked to a media player.  I've got hundreds of titles.  That way, I can flip through ALL my movies from the comfort of my easy chair and watch any of them. I also edit movies.  I often take out parts I simply don't care to watch over and over gain.  I wonder if anyone else does anything like that.
