Sorry, very drunk (my birthday and far too many baby guinness's), didn't mean Rises meant TDK, Rises was a bit naff for the conclusion TDK has a case I agree. But Civil War is the better film for all of the extras it brings to the table. Even if I give you that TDK is the better film if all we do is evaluate each by itself, Civil War still capitalizes on numerous threads that the MCU had been building towards, establishes multiple new characters admirably, weaves together two major plots seamlessly, perfects the use of a massive cast, and leaves a crazy interesting future for the future films to build on. That is on top of Civil War being an excellently executed film in it's own right, and TDK does none of those things. For that reason, Civil War far exceeds the accomplishments of TDK, even though that is a fantastic film. Civil War just goes the extra 10 miles.
