You're a liar and a font of garish melodrama. The very model of "primitive and fearful", with simple derangement thrown in for good measure. I guess that can get one high office these days. Treatment and palliation is not "ignoring and concealing", nor is encouraging and facilitating final ends a sane person's "working with them to find help and relief", regardless of how much overwrought silly you're willing to pour on it.
