I always thought "Family Affair" was a sad little show.
Yeah, the three children lost both parents in a car crash. It seems a bit of a dark premise for a sitcom.
Yes. The two younger children especially seemed so vulnerable and sensitive. It was the only show where the premise was a sad one. At least there was Mr. French for a bit of levity.
