In one scene Ann Todd goes to the "pictures" to take her mind off the dangerous test flight her husband is making that afternoon. The cinema was the ABC Regal in Walton-on-Thames (one mile as the crow flies from Shepperton Studios where the film was made) so cue tittering by the audience in our showing. The Regal was a rather large and handsome Art Deco cinema for a smallish town. Sadly converted to a do-it-yourself store by the 1970s.
