Will this be a more serious take then? That would be pretty awesome. As much as I like Rocky IV even I admit it’s a bit too silly at times. That’s exactly what he’s doing. He said a lot of the goofy stuff was studio interference and he wants to make it the way he intended when he conceived it. Could be interesting, then again Stallone regularly conceived them trying to do the fights semi shoot wise, which landed him in hospital a number of times, because he couldn't get over the fact that no Sly you are not really a boxer, which also led to Michael B Jordan getting one punch KO'd in Creed because Sly insisted he get hit for real atleast once. Personally I love Rocky 4, in all it's ridiculously cheesy glory.
