Gee, I never knew exceedingly bad taste was exclusively a racial attribute...
Anyway, the guy to the right looks to be possibly either Anglo or Hispanic.
The guy on the right looks like he's probably black. Straight white males and straight black males almost never hangout together. Maybe they're gay? 
But I never knew black guys were the only ones who slung their pants low. I mostly see white guys under 40 do it now. It's also passé by the way and most blacks have moved on. Blacks tend to set fashion trends. 
As a queer I like checking out their asses anyway.
