The guy on the right looks like he's probably black. Straight white males and straight black males almost never hangout together. Maybe they're gay? 
But I never knew black guys were the only ones who slung their pants low. I mostly see white guys under 40 do it now. It's also passé by the way and most blacks have moved on. Blacks tend to set fashion trends. 
As a queer I like checking out their asses anyway. 
BTW, I figured you were having a funny, just the notion of 'taste' having some racial determinant I found humorous. After all, when it comes to bad taste in fashions, white guys under 40 pretty much have a headlock on that
.I'm in Los Angeles's beach suburbs. Sagging is ubiquitous here among young white guys. But like I said, many of them are pushing 40 now and still doing it.
I've read up on this. Marginal groups like blacks and gays on the outside of society start fashion trends and the majority picks up on them later. I guess the key is to watch what the the young black folks are wearing to take your cues on what's next.
