I'd kill myself if I had an annoying pet like that!!!
I had parakeets while growing up. They were fun, but not LOUD and ANNOYING like a full-fledged parrot. One of my cousins had a parrot, but it was neurotic. It kept pulling out it's feathers and couldn't fly.
