I guess I would defeat her.
I'm way taller and heavier then her, and without MMA rules and boxing gloves etc. pp. it wouldn't be a fair fight. Like the US national football team (as world champion) that was beaten by teenage boys.

Most likely no training or other skills. In my case it would be close combat training from my time at the Fallschirmjäger/paratroopers. But we were not trained to beat a sport opponent, but, if needed, to kill an enemy.
So I would most likely use techniques and targets, which are highly illegal even in the MMA setting.
PS: That doesn't mean that I think she is a joke and can't hurt me.
