Agree with threesticks on both Bieber and Darvish, but you unsurprisingly left out a few things.
Giolito, 3.29 ERA, 0.988 WHIP (which is outstanding). He's thrown 6 more innings than DeGrom has.
DeGrom, 1.69 ERA, 0.875 WHIP (both of which are outstanding). DeGrom also leads the NL in K/9 with 13.1/9 against Lucas' also terrific 12.3/9 and his BB/9 is lower than that of Giolito (2.1/9 against 3.0/9).
Pitcher's job = run prevention. Degrom >>> Giolito this year, which isn't a knock on Lucas, he's been great.
EDIT: Why would you pose this question with guys from different leagues? Theoretically, they could both win.
