It is a very strange mess of a movie, with a bizarre and ridiculous performance from Tom Hardy. The best I can say about it is that it isn't boring and it is definitely better than Fantastic 4. I sort of admire what the movies was going for though. Being shown from the perspective of Al Capone while his mind is deteriorating from syphilis. Matt Dillon gives the best performance in the movie imo.
