Son saves the half! The ball came quickly out of the Spurs half to Kane on the left. He fed a long ball into Son who finished without fuss for one-all. It's half time. Very little originality or invention from Spurs. If Mourinho has too many players, as he has stated, then as a boy he did not know what to do with too many Lego building blocks. Build a building and put the surplus aside. But the blocks have blinded the boy, overwhelmed him, lying there disjointed like rubble. Son goal aside, it's a shambles.
Southampton have bossed the midfield and deserve to go in as leaders, you have to say, but that Spurs leveller came at just the right time for the visitors.
