That was memorably 'WTF?'. I don't know, it's kind of like that movie Serenity last year. It's not good but it dives so deep into its own insanity it's kind of interesting?I think Gotti is just considered terrible, not strange.
Capone is definitely a better movie than Serenity imo. Serenity is so ridiculous and absurd that it becomes an unintentional comedy.
Capone still follows the rules of reality and doesn't jump the shark in the last act, as wonderful hilarious and wtf as that final act in Serenity is.
Capone is applying the rules of Fight Club to Al Capone. We don't know always what is actually happening and what is just happening in Al Capone's diseased mind. His character is in the final stages of neurosyphilis for the entire movie.
