I haven't seen this one in ages. I recall it being a very subdued and understated drama, with some quirkiness thrown into the mix. I was never really sure what to feel about this film myself and would need to re-visit. Because it is not a conventional romantic\love story, it tends to get dismissed, as I don't think most viewers know how to place it, or what to make of it. It is a quality original film though in presentation, and this claim could be made about most of Kasdan's work.
