"Kind of"
Technically, per the question, "no." I do have candy, but I bought it last year. it's a half-full bag of mini Snickers, and it's been living in the freezer, so it should be OK.
I suppose that I should buy a fresh bag, but I doubt that I'll have any TOTers. Last year, I think I had 4 ... that was "bell rings," with 2 + kids each. There's a very fancy neighborhood, not far from here. They go all out in both decorations and "goodies." Kids are smart. They flock to that area, and pretty much bypass these blocks of Riff-Raff.
That, combined with general talk of downplaying the tradition this year, I can see a night with no action. I'll think about it.
