Back in the 70's and 80's, Chicago had a few Jupiters but I don't recall a dining area. I do recall snacking at Woolworths and Walgreen's. I have seen the raspberry cola. I liked lime Coke as well. The Jupiter in Hammond had a counter, so did Goldblatt's, and Woolworths. My Aunt liked to shop at Rosalee's, and Edward G Minas Co. in Hammond, IN., She often took me and would treat me to lunch at one of these places, she also took me to a restaurant called The Pig that had the best roast beef sandwiches. p.s. The Christmas Story was about Hammond, IN. (Hohman Av. was a main street so the author called the town Hohman.)
