Abhorrent - 'inspiring disgust or loathing; repugnant'
During a worldwide health crisis where we've been asked to social distance and wear masks for the health, safety and wellbeing of our brothers and community - with over 200,000 American lives being lost and we still have no vaccine as our citizens are struggling to make due in today's world- yes - that's exactly what that above picture is to me.

9.4 miles this morning - absolutely appalling that I come across people on the trail who do not wear masks
Our Governor - Governor Wolf actually put out a mandate that masks were to be worn in public months ago. However it goes ignored by some of these dopes. Apparently it's all about them - their freedom. They couldn't care less about possibly passing it off to somebody else. Ignorant and selfish.
There's 2 towns by me who are doing the right thing - they're actually fining people now that they find in public without a mask. One town the fine is $300.
