I'm incredibly excited.
Sam was a Morey desciple.
That being said - I'm incredibly scared too - scared Morey blows up the Ben/Joel pairing.
I've stated in previous threads there is going to be a ton of wheeling and dealing on - my hope was that it would be every player besides Ben and Joel.
Doc came out and stated he wants to build around Ben and Joel and Elton Brand has come out and stated they're going nowhere.
If one thing is for certain - this organization cares about winning.
Tired of people sh*tting on Joshua Harris - he's willing to do what it takes to bring a winner in - letting Brand open the books for Horford and Harris (which were mistakes - that's Brands fault - not Harris who is the owner) - to hiring Doc and now bringing Morey in.
Exciting times coming folks.
