I don't know how often you change the water in her bowl, but you might try doing it more often. Cats like fresh water.

Yeah, I was inconsistent about changing it often and maybe she got some she didn't like once. She has a very long memory.

She is afraid of a pet fountain, even at the lowest volume (took it back to the store). She drank out of the toilet once or twice a long time ago.
