When Debbie Reynolds was cast in "Singing In The Rain" she had never danced before so had to learn for the film. Her second dancing movie was in the terribly titled "I Love Melvin (1953). She was partnered again with Donald O'Conner from Singing/Rain. This was a year before she married Eddie Fisher and two years before Carrie was born. Classic dance choreography, with consummate artists at the top of their game. Reynolds was an absolute delight.
