That trade offer would get the phone slammed on you.
"Would you take all of the large and multi year contracts we don't want, a not very good young guy, and a future 1st round pick that will be so late in the draft it might as well be a second round pick?"
Not to mention you want to send $73 million in exchange for Harden's $41 million.
Now I know you never care about the logistics in your trade proposals, signified by your classic "exchange slop" line, but what you also have to account for is that the extra 32 million that Houston would take on in that trade goes against their actual cap that they are already $22 million over. The reason they can be $22 million over is because they have bird rights on Harden. They won't have those bird rights on any of the players you are sending them.
Be realistic man!
