I've only had one panic attack. It was last year. A friend told me what to do if it ever happens again. Never had depersonalization, but my friend did. She was under very high stress at the time. I have it down to a near science at this point. Take my anxiety medication and sit in the shower until it goes away. You don't have to answer, and if you'd rather PM me, that's fine. Either way I understand. What medication do you take for your anxiety? When I was young living at home, I used to have chronic anxiety. Figured out what caused it. Therapy helped. I haven't had anxiety since I was in my early 20's. It's not fun. I know someone who has free-floating anxiety. Just always anxious. That's how this person is wired. I wonder what meds are prescribed for it because I've been told that anti-depressants do nothing for it. Anxiety is tortuous.
