My cousin is out of the hospital, even though he still has a fever. He spent about ten days in the hospital, but he never had to go to the ICU. His wife tested negative, but now that he is back home she will have to be very careful (and lucky) not to get infected. He has taken a turn for the much worse. He is back at the hospital now, in the ICU, on a respirator. It’s not looking good. He’s probably about 56-57 years old, not overweight and as far as I know in good health, so he isn’t in a very high-risk group. I am hoping this will work out in his favour. I hope he recovers.
He might still experienced a loss of smell and taste for a long time though as some coworkers just begin to recover it, months after recovery.
