Wins are mostly dependent on the team, coaches, players, defense, offense, talent level, etc. Winning percentage is not an accurate indication of how good a quarterback is. Lamar Jackson is not a better quarterback than Tom Brady.
Jimmy Garoppolo is not a better quarterback than Ben Roethlisberger and Russel Wilson.
I don't think anyone is making that argument. Though I'm pretty sure if you were building a team right now, you'd take Lamar over Brady.
